    How do you try to make a difference in the lives of your patients?

    I truly believe in the human capacity for growth and change. My passion is working with children, adolescents and adults to help navigate the challenges associated with complex trauma, self-identity, and cultivating confidence in order to help people achieve full lives. I provide a safe, non-judgmental place where people can explore and understand their trauma so they can heal. I take the time to make the most accurate diagnosis so that my clients are empowered to participate in and guide their treatment so that their individual needs are met.

She believes in the effectiveness of animal therapy; her personal pet was a therapy dog and together they would visit Veteran’s Association, nursing homes, hospitals and school campuses for events sponsored by Therapy Dogs International, Inc., as well as participation in local Read-to-Dogs program to help children improve reading skills.
