His practice settings have also evolved to include Infant Learning (Birth to three years), Headstart programs, medically based in/out patient clinics, community/home health intervention to hospital based services including physical medicine and rehabilitation clinics, hospital rehabilitation departments, psychiatric units, hospitals in ICU, CCU, and NICU units.
He has developed several areas of great interest and expertise that include advanced diagnostic radiologic procedures such as Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS), Experience with Endoscopic Fiber-optic Evaluation of Swallowing Disorders (FEES). Advanced computer applications for language and cognition intervention.
Additional areas in process of development include therapies that involve eletrical stimulation; Vital Stimulation (VS) and eStimulation in the treatment of voice, feeding, swallowing and related disorders.

Taught at the University of Alaska Anchorage, as an Adjunct Instuctor in the area of Special Education for variety of disability courses.
Trained and certified 21 Special Education Assistants to conduct audiometric screening, otoscopic, tympanomtry screening and data collection used to make referrals to the Regional Audiologist and Bethel Regional Hospital for medical follow up.
Taught and trained Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) in beginning and intermediate feeding and swallowing techniques and skills to reduce and or prevent patients who experience dysphagia swallowing disorders from aspiration pneumonia.
He has presented at the national, regional, and state level on a variety of topics to include: recruitment program to students to the field of speech language pathology/audiology, program development for speech and language services in rural/remote settings, medically based hearing audiometric professional development services and implementation as well as research in the latter area.
